Saw Action:

Sgt. Harry Cross was wounded at Kabwet in 1945.

Testimonial:

Sgt Cross has had 19 years service with the Colours including one year on
the Reserve. His conduct has been exemplary, smart, loyal, reliable and
hard working. A very brave man I was present during the Kabwet operation
on the Irrawaddy when he was wounded – his service with the 14th
Army during Burma Campaign has proved him an excellent soldier.
